The RED weekend main event, the RED Party will take place at Circus Nightclub the night of Saturday, February 19, starting from 1 a.m. The crowd will be pleased to dance to the beats of Hernan Catteneo, from Argentina, one of the new sensations of the electronic music scene. The Mission of the San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride Celebration Committee is to educate the world, commemorate our heritage, celebrate our culture, and liberate our people.

2012 marks the 42nd anniversary of the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade. The theme is "Global Equality" and the event will be held over the weekend of June 23 and 24, 2012. With over 200 parade contingents, 300 exhibitors, and more than a dozen community-run stages and venues, the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade is the largest gathering of LGBT people and allies in the nation. The two-day celebration is free and open to all.

The specific purpose of this corporation is to produce civic, cultural and educational programs, which support and encourage pride within San Diego's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.

Formed in 1974, as a sponsored program of The Center for Social Services, we produced the first Lesbian and Gay Parade in San Diego to celebrate the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion on New York's Christopher Street. The 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in 1994 and today San Diego Pride continues to bring together the skills, talents and vision of our diverse community through numerous programs including the Equality Torch Relay, Walk For Equality and the annual LGBT Pride Celebration which attracts 250,000 participants to Hillcrest for America's Finest Pride Parade and Festival.
